Présentation
Vigneron de père en fils depuis 1825, Arnaud Aucoeur est le représentant du plus vieux domaine viticole familial de Villié Morgon. Onzième génération implantée au cœur des Crus et spécialement des appellations Fleurie, Morgon, Moulin à Vent ou encore Chiroubles, Arnaud Aucoeur a su faire évoluer ses cuvées dans le respect de la Tradition et de l’Authenticité. Défenseur des cuvées d’exception, il travaille sa vigne dans le plus grand respect du terroir. Vendangé à la main et après une vinification typique beaujolaise, selon la recette de son grand-père, Arnaud Aucoeur a une devise : « laisser le terroir s’exprimer ».

Presentation
Winemaker from father to son since 1825, Arnaud Aucoeur is the representative of the oldest family vineyard Villié Morgon. Eleventh generation located in the heart of Cru, especially appellations: Fleurie, Morgon, Moulin à Vent and Chiroubles, Arnaud Aucoeur was able to develop his wines with respect for tradition and authenticity. Defender of exceptional vintages, he works his vineyard in the greatest respect for the land. Harvested by hand and after a typical Beaujolais winemaking, according to the recipe of his grandfather, Arnaud Aucoeur has a motto: "let the terroir express themselves."
